Avio-Diepen realises Amendment & Restatement USD 52,8 mln credit facilities

On 23 February 2015 Avio-Diepen completed the so-called ‘Amendment & Restatement’ of its existing credit facilities. ABN Amro Bank and Rabobank endorsed their confidence and trust in the good relationship with Avio-Diepen by extending the existing Term Loan and Borrowing Base facility of USD 52.800.000,- on competitive conditions. The extention allows Avio-Diepen to realise their laid out strategy for the near future and enabled both house banks to align the conditions underlying these credit facilities with the current banking regulations.
The cross-border nature of the wholesale aircraft business required an adjustment in the security position of both bankers, subsequently enabling them to finance Avio-Diepen stocks warehoused in the USA, Hong Kong and Dubai Free Zone as well. Avio Diepen
Avio-Diepen is a privately owned company, established in 1946 after the split of the former Frits Diepen Vliegtuig NV. Between 1955 and 1995, it was part of Fokker NV and among other things responsible for maintenance of the Dakota.
