Integrated Finance Solutions accomplishes refinancing and extension credit facilities for Van der Kroon Food Products B.V.

In collaboration with Managing Director Mr. Dennis van der Kroon, Integrated Finance Solutions has accomplished the refinancing for Van der Kroon Food Products BV, established in Dinteloord. Rabobank West-Brabant Noord has extended the existing credit facilities and, in addition, provided real estate financing to build new business- and storage facilities.

Van der Kroon Products B.V.
Van der Kroon Food Products BV is a family-owned company involved in the production, packaging and marketing of canned vegetables. For more than 75 years Van der Kroon Foods Products BV has packed and commercialised gherkins, cocktail onions, as well as many other types of pickled products and vegetables. A total of 70 products are available in different pack sizes and container types, including glass jars, tins and the PP-plastic jar for the foodservice industry. Van der Kroon delivers to the foodservice, retail and an industrial segment, where its products are designed for both the export and the Dutch home market.

Pascal Slavenburg, Partner at Integrated Finance Solutions, will be a member of the advisory board of Van der Kroon Food Products as of January 2014.
