Bangma Verpakking realises financing for working capital & construction of ultra modern production facility

In January 2017, Bangma Packaging successfully completed extensive selections and negotiations which resulted in a new financing arrangement for working capital and the construction of an exclusive new production facility with partnerbank ING. IFS advised and accompanied Bangma Packaging throughout this entire process.

The new production facility in Dronten will be located adjacent to the processing facility of Fresh Care Convenience (Staay Food Group). The Bangma plant will be connected through a sluice with the processing facility of Fresh Care Convenience, thus creating a cost efficient ultramodern packaging process for the fruit & vegetable convenience products prepared by Fresh Care Convenience in Dronten. Bangma Packaging will be able to optimise production and development processes at reduced costs, as well as realise anticipated growth, plus, it will further enhance the valuable partnership with Staay Food Group.

On March 3rd, the first pole of the 20,000 m2 turnkey construction was placed.

Bangma Packaging was raised in 1975 by Jan and Bas Bangma. To facilitate the growth of the company Bangma settled in Staalwijk, Dronten in 1992. Since then, the company has further extended with several storage and production facilities in Bleiswijk, Nunspeet and Wieringerwerf from which it serves AGF (fresh fruit and vegetables), processed food, meat, poultry and fish industry and web-retail clients with (tailor made) packaging.
In the past 40 years, Bangma Packaging has created a strong market position in the packaging industry by both responding to requests from the market, as well as establishing long term relations with their clients.
