HZPC will arrange cross-border cashpool structure with new house bank

In March 2015 HZPC completed the selection process of its new partner banks. The next 3 years, ING Bank shall execute all incoming & outgoing payments in the various countries in which HZPC holds office and concentrate the available liquidity via a cross border cash pool structure in The Netherlands. Additionally, ING Bank shall provide a € 15.000.000,- seasonal credit facility. Deutsche Bank Netherlands shall provide for the documentary payments and act as preferred (local) bank for the HZPC establishments outside of Western Europe.
Based on the expertise of these new partner banks, HZPC built a strong foundation to facilitate their strategy for growth for the coming period. Integrated finance solutions is responsible for designing the new cash management- and finance structure and both advised and guided HZPC during the entire selection- and negotiation process.

HZPC supplies seed potatoes for several applications such as house hold consumption (traditional), French fries, crisps, industrial use (Peeled) and for further processing for retail purposes (Retail Fresh). The growers from the several production areas, together harvest 400.000 tons of seed potatoes per annum. These seed potatoes comply to HZPC’s highest quality standards and are delivered to more than 80 countries; Europe, North-Africa and the Middle East being the biggest sales areas.
