On March 24 2014, construction company Dura Vermeer achieved agreement with its bank syndicate on refinancing and extending its existing credit facilities. During both the designing and negotiations of this refinancing as well as the wording of the Dutch LMA documentation, Dura Vermeer has been accompanied by Integrated Finance Solutions (IFS) BV. Credit facilities for the amount of € 213,5 million were provided by Rabobank, ING and newcomer NIBC.
