IFS accompanies Bunnik Groep with Real Estate Financing for business relocation

On October 1, 2018, Bunnik Group – as part of the Velddriel based Biggelaar Group – acquired a new business location in Alphen aan den Rijn. The entire real estate financing was provided for by partner bank ABN Amro. Integrated Finance Solutions (IFS) accompanied Bunnik Group through the entire selection and documentation process.

On January 10, 2018, Biggelaar Group purchased three companies from the Bunnik Groep in Nieuwebrug. These three companies operate in the areas of infra structure, dredging, environmental technique and landscaping in the North- and Southwestern part of The Netherlands. They shall continue their activities under their own names. Due to this acquisition, the Biggelaar Group shall realise over 100 million euro annual revenue with more than 350 employees. The Biggelaar Group is, among other things, the parent company of the nationally operating Van den Biggelaar Grond- en waterbouw BV, BLM Wegenbouw BV and Stevacon Bouw BV.

The current business location of the Bunnik Groep in Nieuwebrug is being redeveloped for other purposes, which forced the company to relocate to another location. Ideally, this new location would then accommodate the company’s further development. A suitable new location of approximately 17,000 m2 was found in Alphen aan de Rijn. The financing of both the acquisition of and investment in this location was provided for by ABN Amro bank. IFS accompanied and guided this entire process until closing.

The Bunnik Group shall continue all its business activities from the new location in Alphen aan den Rijn.
