After studying Dutch Law at the University of Tilburg, specialising in company- and civil law, Tosca worked for almost eight years in the corporate legal department of Philips International. Here, she focused on the legal design of finance structures, obtained broad insight in the many different aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestments, and gained valuable experience on general contract law, both national and international.
When Tosca switched to Rabobank, she experienced finance documentation from a lender’s perspectives.
After working for three years as general counsel at a medium-sized pension provider in Utrecht, she settled in 2011 as an independent legal advisor.
